Quarantine Regulations Further Amended
The Quarantine Regulations have been further amended now that the number of COVID cases appears to be decelerating. The new regulations allow for a soft re-opening of the certain businesses. Beginning today, in house dining in restaurants is allowed for not more than ten persons at a given time. This also applies to salons, diners and similar establishments. It also allows for church services to be attended by a limit of ten persons not including the officiating persons and two auxiliary personnel. And government is tightening up on COVID regulations. The amendment also instructs the Director of Health Services to provide the Minister of National Security with the name and address of every person that has tested positive for COVID-19, the name and address of any person placed in self isolation and well as any person in mandatory quarantine. According to the amendment, the Director of Health Services commits an offence is he fails to provide the information to the Minister of National Security.
