Mexico Invites Belizean Businesses to a Virtual Roundtable
They may not be able to sit together in person due to COVID-19, but that is not stopping Belizean and Mexican business counterparts from joining forces. Today, the Embassy of Mexico, COPARMEX Quintana Roo and the Ministry of Economic Development of Quintana Roo announced that the first virtual Business Roundtable Mexico-Belize will be held on March fifth. The event aims to identify potential buyers and suppliers of a variety of products and services, and to invigorate the region’s economy. Topics to be explored include software and app development, tourism services and transportation, logistics, business consultancy, education, supply solutions and construction and renewable energy. The Embassy of Mexico is inviting interested Belizean companies, entrepreneurs, business associations and others to meet with their counterparts from Quintana Roo in this virtual trade mission. For more details on participating companies and registration, please contact the Economic and Trade Section at the Mexican Embassy and follow the embassy’s social media platforms for updates.
