Sayonara to COVID Restrictions Come April 1st
Come April first, all COVID-19 restrictions, which over the past two years have seen numerous phases of lockdown, will be wiped. Not completely, because there will still be requirements at border crossing points and the use of masks, but in the next fourteen days, nightclubs, bars, and other establishment will be open for business. Minister of Health and Wellness, Kevin Bernard says that the country can finally go back to pre-COVID activities, but warns that residents must still exercise care.

“There will still be a few restrictions that will require vaccinated people to leave the country; that will require only vaccinated people to attend major events like concerts and so forth that will require the wearing of the masks for indoor activities. Like I have said, I wear my mask even outdoors because it is up to me. And I want to encourage people, if you feel uncomfortable and not safe, then wear your masks. So they are going to continue to be certain restrictions, but the easing of things like the nightclubs and so forth, those will definitely be open come April first.”
