P.M. Briceño In Barbados for Financial Access Round Table
The Prime Minister John Briceño is in Bridgetown, Barbados attending a Caribbean Financial Access Roundtable. The event includes CARICOM leaders and United States congressional representatives. The P.M. posted to his Facebook page today that he met with Congresswoman Maxine Waters of California and Representative Sylvia Garcia of Texas. Discussions at the Roundtable included the de-risking and correspondent banking, issues that have presented challenges to a number of Caribbean countries.
