And while the K.H.M.H. was lucky to receive some much-needed medical supplies, the hospital is still without an important piece of equipment. The C.T. Machine has been out of commission for several months now. Today K.H.M.H. C.E.O. says there is an effort to get a replacement.

“The CT Machine, of course, we continue to try to make our best efforts to get it repaired. It’s a machine that was purchased I think in 2004 so it’s about to be written off, per se because it’s hard now to get parts and servicing for a machine of that age. So we’re really now trying to source a new CT Scan machine for the KHMH, so that’s where we are with that.”
