Opposition Hands Over Much Needed Supplies to K.H.M.H. Worker Union

Earlier today, Opposition Leader Shyne Barrow donated tens of thousands of dollars in medical supplies to the K.H.M.H. Workers Union.  The items which include bandages, surgical masks, gauze, preparation kits and twenty-three other medical supplies were donated by Belizeans living in the Diaspora.  The much needed items come at a time when there is an unprecedented shortage of essential supplies for surgery and other medical treatment.  The handing over included K.H.M.H.  Workers Union President Andrew Baird.  The opposition joins the K.H.M.H. Workers Union in its call for government to immediately address the crisis in the public health system.
