Woman with broken neck needs your help
Last week we brought you the sad story of twenty year old Stacey Kerr, the young woman, who broke her neck after she fell backwards from a chair on her verandah in Burrell Boom. Doctors at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital realigned her neck but Kerr remains in a critical but stable condition at the Intensive Care Unit at the Hospital. Her family desperately appeals for your help to keep her alive.

“She still is having problems breathing. She needs all the prayers and we need help financially because this is very expensive. We just want everybody to pray for her and we know God move mountains, we know miracles happen. It’s a miracle she’s alive and I praise God everyday that I come and I meet her here breathing.”

“Yes, our family and friends are having fundraisers all over the place. Here in Belize City, Marlin’s is having a barbecue sale and in Burrell Boom we’re hoping to have a fundraiser on Sunday, the twenty-seventh. She want to live, we can see she want to live. She’s still here with us after nine days she’s still here. She’s fighting so hard for her life.”

“Stacey had a freak accident. The doctors say that one in a million would fall and they won’t get hurt, but one, only one person. Stacey was so was so bad-lucked that she’s the one that got hurt and it’s a miracle she’s alive. The doctors say that usually a fall like this, she’s supposed to die, you know.”

“Yes, she was playing, she was sitting on the verandah playing with her boyfriend and she fell and the way how she fell, she hurt head—her head hit the ground first. All the doctors say it’s a miracle, they haven’t seen anything like this.”

We take so much things in live for granted in faith I pray and asked God that His will be done. Seeing is believing and God pour out more blessing o those who doesn’t see but yet believe. Despite all the questions His will be done we already see the miracle that she is still alive, that’s only the icing to put on the cake. God is still working, lets’ praise Him and give Him all the glory. The battle is not ours but the Lord. She will pulled through.

She was a personal friend of mine and I could not believe the news when I saw it. If anyone deserves help, it’s Stacey. She truly deserves any and all the help she can get, financial and otherwise. I sincerely, hope that everyone who reads this story gives what they can to the family – just think – it could be your loved one or even you that needs this kind of help one day, and even if they don’t the mere act will do your heart good. Please help.
