Man killed by pitbulls in the south

Joy Grant

There is another death to report tonight and it involves a man who was mauled to death in Independence in southern Belize. Jeffrey O’brien was returning home from a fishing trip when he was attached by two pit bulls after eleven on Saturday night. It is not clear who are the owners of the ferocious dogs, but there has been speculation that the dogs belong to the Minister of Energy, Joy Grant. A spokesperson however tells News Five that the Minister does not own any dogs, but does have a house in the area where the incident happened. We’ll have more on this.

The mount a national campaign to kill an alligator that killed a man.

Here the dogs get fed and the public, including the owner turn their back.

If this is in fact the case, then lets just see if charges are filed on this bureaucrat. Odds are totally against it. Just like Penner and the rest of them, they have immunity to the laws of common people. Wonder if the press will follow up on this one?
