Honduran National Alexis Servia To Be Deported to Home Country
For seven years, Honduran national, Alexis Servia has been living in Belize illegally; his home is a boat moored at mile four and a half on the Phillip Goldson Highway. Police stumbled upon him during an investigation on Monday and today he was taken before Magistrate Herbert Panton and read a single charge for being deemed a prohibited immigrant. He pleaded guilty to the offense and in mitigation Servia, who has no family in Belize, asked the court not to send him back to his country, Honduras. But at the request of the Immigration Department, an order to leave was issued for his removal from Belize. Servia remains in the custody of the Immigration Department and will be remanded to the Belize Central Prison until he can be sent to Honduras. That process can occur within a three-day period or can take as long as six months to complete.

Hooray for the brilliance of the well trained Belize Police Department to bring this depraved criminal to justice. Can the Police Department use these same brilliant COPS to flesh out the criminals Penner and Castro and convict them and send them to Hattieville? Or is this asking too much of our Public Enemy No. 2 Judge Awich, or Public Enemy No.1 Barrow?
Hopefully the police will be able to “stumble” across more evidence of the immigration scandals and bring justice to all. Keep hope alive.
I bet the brilliant police “intelligency” also found all the immigration evidence and all the guns of all the crimes perpetuated on this country at this place and this poor guy is the responsible for everything. very soon mr barrow will be given them medals for the oustanding work done WHAT A SHAME!
