Meanwhile a minor claims that she had consensual sex with her boyfriend even though she is only thirteen years old and furthermore that she was raped by his brother. The girl reported to police that around eight-thirty on Friday night she went to a Chinese Shop at the corner of Kraal Road and Faber’s Road where she met her boyfriend who took her to his house on Caesar Ridge Road. There, her boyfriend introduced her to another individual claiming he was his brother. She claims that while she agreed to have sex with her boyfriend, his brother forced himself on her. A medical examination certified that she was carnally known.
And this is what is wrong with our country. Were is her mother, I bet she is a child herself. Children have children. No guidance. These kids dont even want to be kids there are just ready to be grown with no guidance, then these kids have more and more kids that grow up in a home with a child for a mother no guidance, and these kids become gang members and have babies when they are still children themself and fall off just like there parents did no guidance. Her mother, mother, mother should all be held responsible for a childs growth. It starts from the top. So young, go play with dolls run around outside, play dress up do things a child should do, you will have the rest of your life to be grown… not have sex. This makes me sick.

ass in the school and get educated, being teach that there is time
for everything not star to have family at 13 they need to get prepared

Under Belize law, a 13 year old minor CANNOT consent to sex. So if the authorities are thinking correctly, BOTH MEN can be charged for violating this young girl.
