Well I wonder now if the police high command can blame the media for the perception that crime is out of hand when one of the highest ranking officers in the force has been videotaped following a drunk driving incident which resulted in a death. Honestly, the police really need to get their own house in order before they go blaming the media houses for reporting on crime. But thank goodness for the citizen reporter on the scene who took and distributed this shameful video of a drunken slob so out of it he can barely process that he just killed someone. Disgusting. The Minister and high command better make an example of this one and show zero tolerance instead of what we just heard which seems to border on a boys will be boys attitude.

basically it’s like asking “can a son lash his dad” never unless you have a brat then yes. So only by doing what this brave villagers did prompt the police dep. to make a show of the big belly police to look like he was charged.
