Road Traffic Accident in the South Claims Life of Police Constable

Marvin Sedassey

Twenty-nine-year-old police constable Marvin Sedassey was killed this morning in a fatal road traffic accident in the Toledo District.  Sedassey’s extensively damaged Ford Escort slammed violently into a freight truck causing massive injuries to the young officer.  While Punta Gorda police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his demise, News Five is reliably informed that the collision succeeded an altercation during which Sedassey allegedly discharged his service revolver into a crowd of mourners at a wake on Wednesday night. It is reported that whilst socializing at the service, Sedassey got into a verbal confrontation with another relative, the argument quickly escalated and he pulled out his licensed firearm and shot at the crowd, injuring one person.  Sedassey, we understand, then fled from the scene of the shooting after being cornered by the mourners.  Moments later, his vehicle was found along the Southern Highway balled up in the collision.  Police Press Officer Raphael Martinez shared brief details.

Raphael Martinez, Police Press Officer

“This morning just about 7:45 Punta Gorda police were called to an area near Forest Home in the Toledo District which is situated just around four miles on the Southern Highway where they saw a Ford Escort car collided into a freightliner head-on.  And, as a result of this road traffic accident, one of our own, twenty-nine-year-old Marvin Sedassey was killed.  The details of this latest incident is still very sketchy and as soon as I get some more information I will be passing this on to you as well.”

“With regards to the incident in the Toledo District this morning, I understand that shots were fired during a funeral prior to this fatal traffic accident.”

Raphael Martinez

“I was told the same thing, as well but as I mentioned before, we don’t have all the details of this incident and as soon as that makes itself available I will actually pass it on to you.”

Sedassey’s accident is under investigation.

This whole country is out of control. The church must begin to hold prayer vigils to break this stronghold that has seized this country.

no honors for this person, his actions leading to his demise needs to be addressed in all the department as it seems a common practice to abuse their uniform.”Socializing’ does not mean getting drunk and being lawless and commiting criminal acts.

  3. comeonman says:

I agree the church needs to be involved. But…not by having vigils. But preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. A person needs to be saved from their sins by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. A person cannot change on the outside until the inside is changed. The result of this altercation and accident was due to excess alcohol consumption. When will people learn that there are no pros to drinking strong drink, only cons.
