It is not for a matter of whether or not the Belizean people believe if GOB has acted illegally with the Petrocaribe funds the fact is they have. The Finance and Audit Act is clear GOB can’t barrow over $10,000,000.00 without bringing it to the HOUSE for ramification and the udp government has superseded the $10,000,000.00 not only in borrowing but in spending. dean oliver barrow has made it criminal to do so by amending the law so he should be the first guinea pig to suffer the consequence of his self made legal prison trap.
We can believe or not believe anything but that will not change the legal status of anything. Barrow committed a crime by not adhering to the written law and ethics and accounting principles, notwithstanding. Barrow is guilty as charged pursuant to the laws of Belize.

Sure is! And it is a loan. We will have to pay it back! Imagine 10 yrs from today you will have to pay for all that gas you used. Again! We would not need all that money if government looked after it properly. For example look at all the prados and landcruisers why they need those for? Let them buy there own cars we already pay for the gas anyhow. And ministers make good money! You want to serve as a minister buy your own car or take the bus to belmopan like any other hard working belizean.
