11-year-old Girl Gang Raped on Iguana Street

There is a most disgusting report tonight of the gang rape of an eleven year old girl. The incident allegedly occurred on Iguana Street last Thursday at the house of one of the four accused persons. Twenty-two year old Wilfred Ramirez was the first to be arraigned on Tuesday. This morning, three others appeared in court: nineteen year old Keron Willoughby and two minors, one fourteen and the other seventeen years of age. The young girl was able to identify Ramirez by name, but only knew the three others by nickname. But after five days of intense investigation by CIB personnel, the three others were picked up and taken to court for gang raping the minor.  Since Ramirez was charged on Tuesday, the trio appeared this morning before Chief Magistrate Anne Marie Smith. The charge is for Unlawful Sexual Intercourse Allegedly Committed against a Female Child under the Age of Fourteen Years, to wit, Eleven Years Old. Willoughby, Ramirez and the two minors are due back in Court on January twenty-fifth, 2015.

At his arraignment, Ramirez asked to speak and told the Chief Magistrate that he is being wrongfully accused. He claimed he had asked for an identification parade, but got none. He also said he was detained for four days until he was charged on Tuesday and that his request for a DNA test had been denied. Ramirez is no stranger to the court.  Earlier this year, he was busted allegedly with a sawed-off firearm at the Lord Ridge Cemetery when Julian Willoughby, his friend, was being buried. That funeral was expected to be violent so police were deployed and saw when a firearm fell out of his pants. He was charged for having a Prohibited Firearm and Kept Ammunition. That case is to be heard in January, 2015.
