Will B.T.B. Bring Charges of Forgery Against Myers for Faking Degrees?

“We understand that there were rumors circulating when Mister Myers was first being looked at as the replacement director and that this information reached to high-level ears and that it was sort of ignored. Why was that? why did that happen? Do you know?”

“I am not aware of those rumors; I certainly did not receive any and I sit on the board of the B.T.B. as well and none of the board members received that information prior to that appointment. Again you have more information that me at this time.”

“Lastly from me Miss Tracy, I just wanted to know. I believe that if it is true that Mister Myers did falsify his documents; that would constitute as forgery. Would it be the B.T.B.’s mandate to press charges against Mister Clive Myers for forgery or mischievous act?”

“I don’t know what decision the board will make moving forward…pending a decision. It is going to be a board decision. It is going to be a decision that is going to be made by consensus and so it is premature to make that comment at this time.”

“He’s an exemplary working, but I would believe that that would not take any kind of precedence when it comes to getting down and dealing with the person that has basically caused a black-eye to the institution man. This is the face of the country when it comes to marketing tourism, the whole product; the face of Belize.”
