    The canefarmers will suffer for the decision they made to disburse the Fair Trade Money. Ms. Matura is guilty of laying the last straw to break the camel back. She influenced this mandamus which was clearly told would no work. That is what misled the farmers. You cannot force BSI/ASR to accept the cane. You can take the mule to the water but you cannot force it to drink. If you force BSI to open its gate, you will hear all kind of excuses that you wont be able to argue against. Plus the process to get the order takes a long process and she knew that or should have known that.
