    Guatemala is a Republic; an independent Nation that can do what its people elect to do, they don’t need anyone’s permission!, Belize not a independent Republic; in Belize it appears our leaders allow foreign powers to dictate them on what to do without the will of the people. maybe we need to be a Republic, which has more of the checks and balances of power on the politicians? I never saw any need for ICJ , you only go to court when you have something to win! with ICJ Belize would only risk what we already have?
