Third Victim in Motorcycle Crash in the South Succumbs
The third person who was involved in a motorcycle accident last week has died. Twenty-six year old Lucita Chun, who received a large cut to the forehead, was hospitalized in a coma since the motorcycle crash around eight on Thursday night, but she succumbed to her injuries sometime today. Two other men, the drivers of the motorcycles, also died the night of the accident. Chun was traveling on motorcycle driven at the time by twenty-eight year old William Trigueros, while the other driver, thirty-two year old David McPherson was traveling alone. The impact of the collision of the two cycles traveling between miles five and six on the Humming Bird Highway flung the men off and they received massive head and body injuries and were pronounced dead on arrival at the Southern Regional Hospital.
