Media Gets Advice from P.U.P. Standard Bearers

Dolores Balderamos-Garcia

That letter to the Chairman of the P.U.P. was deliberately not mentioned today, and neither was a meeting of Fonseca supporters held at the home of Dolores Balderamos-Garcia on Sunday. In fact, when the matter was brought up the women of the Party lashed out.

Dolores Balderamos-Garcia, P.U.P. Standard Bearer, BRC

“I am able to confirm that we did meet, but I am certainly not going to share with you any details of that meeting.”

“Were all the area representatives invited? I was told that not everyone was invited.”

Dolores Balderamos-Garcia

“I will not answer that question.”

“But y’all know that there are supporters of the P.U.P.  I mean the P.U.P. is a people’s party not a private party.”

Dolores Balderamos-Garcia

“Let me say something to you in particular Mister Vasquez, and other members of the media. We in the People’s United Party, especially our women, are not here to play any games of being led down any path by media who are speculating. We have our agenda, we have our commitment and our focus and we are not going to be dancing to the tune of any U.D.P. that is putting media persons up to asking all kinds of questions. Somebody was spying on Misses Palacio’s house yesterday when we were having merely having a lunch. Maybe you should come on Friday because we always get together. Even we, the women, we need our little recreation and our little down time and what not. But that is enough said and I won’t go any further.”

“We are unanimous in this view, a plea to the media to take up your part as responsible citizens and stop meddling in partisan politics and being mischievous. We have serious issues plaguing this nation so we the women are saying—instead of the events that happened yesterday…I thought it was Special Branch because the car was heavily tinted and there were no license plates and then we came to find out it was our good friends from Channel Seven. Instead of going to extra mile to interfere in the P.U.P., go and investigate and get back to real journalism and the real issues at hand because our country is in a grave situation. Economically, we have domestic violence on the increase, crime is escalating, poverty is increasing. Please attack that and take your cameras to the house of the Prime Minister and go to the Foreign Minister’s house, Jules, and ask him what is the truth with Guatemala. That is what we demand and we ask the media to join us in that.”

So the PUP is hiding behind their women’s skirts now? Is there anymore ways that you guys can become even more unimpressive? Face the media. Let us know what’s going on and then there will be no speculating. Have the balls to tell your followers and supporters what is going on. Its things like this that is driving your supporters apart from you. Yet you all keep your heads buried in the ground like ostriches. Pretending nothing is wrong. You all should be grateful that the dissenting twelve is pushing the truth in your faces. CHANGE HAS TO COME. The people no longer believes in politics as usual. Only you do. Sure we are fed up with the UDP but what do you offer? NOTHING!!!. So we are staying with the known evil. Simple as that.

Good said. The PUP should activate women’s groups in all constituents, and I would also propose that the party should start thinking of having a woman as party leader. Other countries in the Americas have women as president of their country.

These women are so shirt sighted. dolores has been sidelined over and over. If Francis was out she might even be leader some day. But as long as remnants of thed pup keep control none of the new blood or the women stand a chance of advancing. Three election losses. Something is wrong but as usual the crabs keep pulling each other down afraid of change.
