Legal Battle Being Waged over US National Murdered in Belize
US national, Timothy McNamara, was killed at Christmas on December 2014 at his farm in Boston Village, Belize District. At first the local police deemed it a suicide based on what his companion had reported, but investigations would indicate that he was in fact murdered. Police then issued a warrant for the arrest of McNamara’s girl, Tracy Nessl, who turned out to be his niece. By that time, however, she had left Belize. This week, his grown children, Caleb McNamara and Jennifer Rolson filed a civil murder suit in Washington. The siblings claim that the couple became involved in an incestuous relationship in 2012 and that when they came to Belize on a holiday, they stayed on and bought the Boston farm where they opened a bed and breakfast. They further allege that Nessl took over all his properties as well as his insurance. Here is that story as reported by the Daily News.
