Faith Nazarene Still on Standstill
Embattled administrator Policarpia Pech remains principal of Faith Nazarene Primary School tonight after the Teaching Services Commission turned down a proposal to grant her long leave before being transferred from the institution. The application came at the end of three weeks of dispute between teachers, parents and the headmistress. While members of staff have criticized Pech’s leadership, parents have complained about her manner of discipline, as well as the exceptionally high turnover among teachers at the school. In a release issued on Tuesday, the Ministry of Education acknowledges and fully supports the rights of parents to quality education for their children in a safe, supportive learning environment. Likewise, it recognizes the rights of teachers to be treated properly by their administrators and management. However, such privileges are not earned by turning to actions that fail to recognize the rights of others to be afforded the fundamental principles of justice. With that, the ministry repeats its position that due process must be adhered to in accordance with the rule of law and that mob-rule must not prevail.
Principal Pech`s lawyer challenged the manager Ramond Shepard to come up with the findings against Pech or re-instate her to her job as principal with an apology.
HE THE MANAGER DID AS WAS TOLD BY Pech`s lawyer, she was send back to work with a letter of apology signed by Manager Ramond Shepard.. He does NOT tell that to his MOB.
That mob was not legal, the PTA is none existent, it has been dissolved a while ago, but the manager did not tell them that. We the good parents do not and never went to challenge that little MOB because we are not violent. Most we do is go to church, and it hurts to see that the Nazarene church was used for a meeting where there was violent shoutings of great hatred and offending language !

That NONE EXISTENT PTA has many issues to clear, THE TRUTH WILL SURFACE AS TO WHY THEY WANTED PECH REMOVED.. YES THE REAL TRUTH WILL COME OUT YET.
Principal Pech attend another church, and she is so calm because she fear the Lord, she does not turns to violence, AND REQUESTED HER FOLLOWERS NOT TO DO SO.The ONLY reason she hired a lawyer is because the manager at one time SHOUTED at her, and she was scared at his shout, she KNEW all accussations were not true.
THIS MEDIA MAY HAVE BENN MISLED BY SOMEONE, THE SCHOOL IS IN FULL SWING AND ALL TEACHERS ARE TEACHING AND ALL IS CALM.
SO “STILL ON STAND STILL” AS SAID BY THIS MEDIA IS A FLAT LIE !!!
