San Pedro Police Officer Walks Off Extortion Charge
Tonight a police officer from the San Pedro is free from a charge of extortion after his accuser, a San Pedro resident, did not show up to court. Calvin Flowers alleged that Elvin Nah extorted four hundred dollars from him on July sixth, 2014. Flowers claimed that he was detained by the cop, while he and a friend were driving a golf cart on the island. Nah offered to release him if he paid up the money which Flowers said he did in exchange for his freedom after he was caught with four grams of marijuana. According to attorney Anthony Sylvester, Nah now intends to file a civil suit against Flowers.

There is one reason, Flowers has been told if he pursues this further….he will have to deal with the consequences. Not showing up to court does not mean this corrupt cop is innocent.
If the evidence is so credible as the complainant stated then why didnt he presented himself
For court??
