Cameron Slusher alleged Fake Cop charged with Aggravated Assault

Cameron Slusher

There have been at least three recent cases of fake cops on the loose.  Today, a case came up in court which seems to involve the fake cops. Security officer, Elmoore Spencer, claims that three men, claiming to be police officers, drove up while he was on duty on Wednesday night at Moon Superstore on Coney Drive. They inquired if he had a firearm to which he replied that they had to check at the company.  The driver of the vehicle became aggressive with him and a third man exited the car holding a shotgun. The trio then sped away.  Police later picked up twenty-six year old Cameron Slusher of Cleghorn Street, Belize City. He is facing the offense of aggravated assault with a firearm upon Spencer. In court today, Slusher pleaded not guilty but said he did not have a gun.   Spencer also says that on February twenty-first, while he was dressed in his security uniform walking on the corner of Central American Boulevard and Racoon Street, Slusher rode up to him and threatened him.   Fearing for his life, Spencer rushed to the Racoon Street Police Station and made a report.
