2 Men Surrender in Shooting Death of Lionel Rhamdas

Two men, twenty-eight-year-old Egbert Baldwin and nineteen-year-old Darwin Estuardo Prado, are in custody for the shooting death of their friend Lionel Rhamdas. The duo surrendered to Ladyville police earlier today and it is expected that they will be taken to court on Wednesday after being charged for the Saturday attempted murder of Terence Flowers Junior, Casey Lozano and Lyndon Gillett. Rhamdas was caught in the exchange of gunfire between the two feuding groups, but police told us a while ago that murder charges are not going to be brought against the men because it has not been determined if the fatal shooting was in self-defense or friendly fire. The incident occurred just after midnight on Friday outside a house on Marage Road. Casey, Flowers and Gillet were socializing when Rhamdas, Baldwin and Prado assaulted them. There was retaliatory gunfire and Rhamdas was killed.

This is the reason they turned themselves in, so there won’t be any investigation. Lol
