Missing B.D.F. Soldier’s Body Washes Ashore in PG
On Sunday morning a PG resident made a gruesome discovery on the beach. She spotted vultures circling and when she investigated found a badly decomposed body washed up on shore. Following an on-site post-mortem examination PG Police have ruled that B.D.F. soldier Orlando Rash, reported missing on Friday, was murdered. Today, Officer Commanding Punta Gorda, Assistant Superintendent Clement Cacho today appealed to the community to assist them with any information which could guide their investigation.

“Information was received of the lifeless nude body of a Caucasian male person lying on the seashore. As a result of the information Police visited the scene where the badly decomposed body, later identified as Orlando Rash, twenty-seven years, Belizean B.D.F. Soldier of San Felipe Village, Toledo District, was seen with no hands lying face-down. A post-mortem examination was later conducted by Doctor Kenwhere at the conclusion he certified the cause of death to be facial blunt force traumatic injury. Orlando Rash was reported missing by his wife Elisa Rash on Friday, twenty-fourth June 2016. He was last seen by his wife alive at the Punta Gorda Town Central park at around one thirty in the afternoon.”
