“One of the basic things that we at Belize Natural Energy, we are aiming to put safety procedures and protocols for all the workers. As you know, any oil and gas industry is the fifth most dangerous jobs in the world. So this, what it does because it brings in new procedures, it also mention a lot on safety, we take this back to work. So whatever new procedures coming up, we take them back to work and we implement them. So we put them back into the workforce.”
