Hulse: Visas Have Lengthy Process Before Approval
So, what about the visas that Hulse himself signed for? Well according to the immigration minister, he went to great lengths a year ago to explain the process in full. Hulse says that if an applicant satisfies all the necessary requirements and the application is presented to him for approval, he would not order an investigation into the files before him.
Godwin Hulse, Minister of Immigration & Police
“We must be careful that we do not introduce other issues over and above what has been done. You, for example, may have forgotten that we have already clipped people’s passports, we have already rescinded their nationality. Those things have happened. It has never happened before and this minister will say categorically, I note that the media talked about two nationalities I signed. Yes, I gave Jules Vasquez a complete and full interview on that, I think it was November second of last year; two hours explaining to him the entire process. You can want to get the clip from him and air it again explaining the entire process. When a document comes to the minister, if it is supported by all the necessary documentations and it is signed off by all the officers you don’t expect the minister to open up an investigation into the matter. There still have been a lot of files that have come where we, if you’re not so sure you double check and you make sure that okay, okay. But I will say this and I will say this forever: those who get through the system whenever this minister would find that in fact they did so improperly, their wings are going to be clipped. I have done that already. We’ve signed already rescinding orders for nationalities for people. So, and because I can do that with confidence because ain’t nobody gave me anything to get theirs. So whomever they gave it to or whomever they got it through, go back and get it from that person certainly ain’t me.”
Hulse, you are full of crap. How long is long? One day, one week?
These Chinese come here with the ultimate goal of displacing Belizeans in all aspects of living space. The Chinese have usurped our rights in the lottery industry, in the grocery industry, in the
restaurant business, and many other cash businesses. The worst part of this usurpation process, the Chinese had the help not only of politicians but also of the ordinary man in the street .
As a liar, I recommend the people of Belize believe in liars.
There is no passport scandal and criminals do not, do not I say, run the GOB.
And if they did, nothing to worry about.
