L.A. boy with leukemia bravely helps other cancer victims
A thirteen-year-old Belizean has been making a name for himself through a difficult time in his life. Jayhann Escalante who now lives in the US with his parents was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia last year. But not even chemotherapy has stopped the teen from raising funds to bring awareness for children with cancer and other diseases. In the last few weeks, Escalante’s story has been picked up by several news media in the US, including ABC and Fox News in L.A. We take a look at Escalante’s story in a report from Fox11 News.
