Family Seeks Assistance for Belize City Traffic Accident Victim

A family is seeking the public’s assistance with some medical bills after one of their loved one was knocked down earlier this week. According to Laverne Arzu, her nephew, twenty-year-old Nathan Arzu, was heading to work when he was hit by a truck on the Central American Boulevard. He is now in the hospital awaiting a CT scan, which the family says they can’t afford at this time.

“He was riding, going to work, when this delivery truck from Cayo came by and knocked him up and they didn’t even render assistance or didn’t even stop by to see what happened.”

“So, what injuries did he sustain?”

“Well, he get a lot of body injuries because after he was bounced off the truck he fly to the front of the truck and the bicycle fly between two parked truck in front of the store.”
