How you can get a job at Transparent BPO on Saturday
Interested in a job in customer service or sales? Transparent BPO says it is hiring up to one hundred and twenty persons. The business process outsourcing company is hosting a job fair at its headquarters on Coney Drive. Transparent has been active since 2008 and with these hires it expects to grow its staff beyond one thousand employees. Vice-president of Operations of Transparent BPO, Rob Johnson, and marketing officer Audralee Enriquez provided tips on what to expect.

“When we look at Transparent BPO and recruiting the months of June to November are what we consider our ramp season and during that time we do mass recruiting. Different initiatives we put into place to get these numbers in; one of which is our job fair so on Saturday we will be having our job fair which will commence at 9 AM and conclude at 3 PM. Basically what we are looking for is individuals who are interested in the field of enrollment, technical support, customer services as data entry. In terms of qualifications we are looking for individuals who are 18 years or older and if you have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, those are acceptable as well.”

“Transparent BPO does work for companies in the United States, we take phone calls, we process insurance claims, and we do chat and email support for clients, helping their customers and so we are looking for about 240 agents this month. We have about 120 hired so far so we are looking for about another 120 just for October and then in November about another 60. As we grow, some of our customers are in the retail business so their big season is for the Christmas season, so really, October, November, December they do a lot of business and so we are looking for some growth at this time along with some other clients.”
The fair runs from nine a.m. to three p.m.
