U.S. Fugitive Caught with Belizean Passport

It went under the radar, but two weeks ago, American fugitive Kenneth Collins Dunn was caught in the Philippines with a Belizean passport under the name of Kelsey Brian Dunn. Reports from Manila are that Dunn was intercepted at the airport when he tried to mislead the agents by booking a flight to the United States and another to Tokyo, Japan on the same date. He is wanted in Oregon for violating his parole, which he obtained after being convicted of burglary. After his detainment, Dunn was issued travel document by the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines and has since been taken to Los Angeles to face the charges against him in the United States. There are no details on the Belize passport in his possession.
