“Well the CSEF Caribbean Sustainable Energy Forum and it’s really a biennial gathering of energy experts and decision makers who are within the Caribbean and those who are supporting the work in sustainable energy within the Caribbean. So typically we gather every two years to really look at the region in terms of its advancement in respect to renewable energy and energy efficiency, understanding what are the things we are doing right and what are the things we are not doing well. Look at what the global trends are in terms of emerging technologies and practices and then try to figure out how we can re-orientate and realign our efforts to really seek to optimize what it is that we are trying to attain in terms of clean energy development and sustainable development from the energy side.”
