Tracy Mackinnon Says K.H.M.H.A. Playing Hardball

The original offer was increased to seventeen thousand dollars but the settlement has not been completed as yet. According to Mackinnon, she was later diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and the K.H.M.H.A. has failed to recognize her diagnosis.

“I started to go through that depression and all of that. It is more than depression. It is like post traumatic stress disorder. That is when I went to see private doctor and that is when he told me that is what I am suffering from now. Well the reason why I am coming out back now is because they are saying that we are not giving the more information that they want. We give them all the information so I don’t know why they are saying that they want more information. The doctor already gave them the report on how I am feeling and they only want to settle damages when I need to be on medication.”

We reached out to the K.H.M.H.A. for comment, but up to news time, there was none.
