“It is very important that we keep in touch with our loved ones; our co-workers. Find the ways because we have so many technological ways of how we can get in touch; whatsapp, facebook, messaging, phone calls, tests. These help us to keep in contact with our loved ones and do our work. But primarily, we need to stay physically active and once we are active, we will be able to cope better. Be selective about the media consumption. There are healthy amounts that you need to keep in mind in order not to cause stress. Keep in mind that the TV on news schedules for the best time to watch news. Keep a schedule to create family time and have a jar of activities where family members come up and put things in jar for what we can do or what we would like to do as a family. Everyday pick out an activity and put it into practice and this way we would create better bonding and get to know our family better.”
The experts also recommend that you look online for videos on matters like exercise and workouts to help you cope with the stress.
