And while Chable is facing discrimination from the public, she says that she is disappointed to learn about how a friend was treated at the Northern Regional Hospital. Her friend alleges that nurses didn’t want to treat her and that experience, according to Chable, has left her worried.

“This Wednesday, my friend, she went to the northern regional hospital like three fifteen in the morning and told them she is not feeling well. But she has some other complications. They asked her if she has already done her test and right there and then the nurse move away from her and sent her outside and they not even went to check her again. She went home like 3:45 the morning and she called me crying and crying. I said deh yah dah things weh deh nuh supposed to do because this dah the same thing weh bring we down. I say supposed I get sick and go the hospital is that what they would do to me?”
