DHS Manzanero Confirms 5th COVID Death

So a fifth person, who is an elderly female, has died due to the coronavirus. But there were reports this morning that a sixth person had succumbed overnight. In speaking on the death of Iris Barillas, DHS Doctor Manzanero confirms that the death of the purported sixth person was not due to COVID-related complications.

“As far as I know only one. Fifth person that died was intubated in the I.C.U, a female from Hope Creek. Transferred from Belmopan to Karl Heusner last week and she had been intubated almost upon arrival and well she died in the early hours of this morning.”

“Not that I am aware of. The clinical history of what we have on the person, if we are talking about the same person, doesn’t suggest that. I do know that they were swabbed, but the person has a clinical history that would suggest that the person died of something else.”
