Exercise and Physical Fitness are Key
For optimal health, it is also important to remain physically active. Exercise, says, Daly, is important in keeping fit and building immunity.

“Many times we are not active enough in our community or in our daily lives for us to be consuming the high levels that we do. So being more physically active is a very good mechanism to help us to be healthier because if we want to be eating all the unhealthy foods , we have to make sure that we are exercising and we’re burning them off. If we’re not then it will be stored as fat and we have to keep that in mind. And also in these times, going through the COVID pandemic, many times people use food as an escape, they use food as a coping mechanism and many times it’s not healthy foods. So we have to condition our minds and we have to train ourselves to find healthier food options and also to be
more physically active.”
