More COVID-19 Deaths

There are five more COVID-19 deaths to report tonight. The victims are four males and one female between the ages of fifty-three and ninety-one years. The Corozal District recorded three of the deaths and the Stann Creek District recorded two. A total of two hundred and forty one samples were processed with eighty-six new cases of COVID-19. The most was recorded in the Stann Creek District with forty-six cases. The Belize District recorded twenty-three cases- twenty one of those cases are Belize City residents. The Cayo and Corozal districts recorded thirteen and four cases, respectively.  Twenty- two persons have recovered bringing the total of active cases to two-thousand-three-hundred and eleven.
