Helpage gets new physical therapist

A chiropractor and physical therapist is the new Director of Physical Therapy at Helpage’s Philip Hall Therapy Center. Dr. Orlando Pelayo, who has been practicing in Belize for twenty years tells News Five besides helping the residents, the Helpage Center is licensed by the Social Security Board to provide services to those who are injured on the job or suffer work related diseases. Doctors are encouraged to continue referring their patients and public support for the program is encouraged. Dr. Pelayo will continue to work with patients at his private clinic. He specializes in Chiropractic and Sports Medicine, Physical Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Holistic Medicine and Yoga Therapy.
