B.D.F. Officer Wilfredo Majana Inducted in the I.M.S.O. Hall of Fame

The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence inducted several individuals into the International Military Student Office Hall of Fame at a prestigious ceremony held on Wednesday. Among the inductees was Belize’s very own Warrant Officer Class One Wilfredo Majano, who has been with the Belize Defense Force for twenty-five years. While he could not be there in person for the induction, these persons are considered to have made lasting contributions to the leader development and education of non-commissioned officers in their countries. “Our second inductee is from the Belize Defense Force. Warrant Officer Class One Wilfredo I. Majano. Warrant Officer Class One Majano could not join us today because of prior commitments. Warrant Officer Class One Majano served in the volunteer element for eight years then was transferred to the regular force element where he’s been serving for seventeen years. Warrant Officer Class One Majano is a graduate of the class seventy of the United States Army Sergeant’s Major Academy Fort Bliss Texas. Ladies and gentlemen, our inductees’ contributions to the NCO Leadership Centre of Excellence mark him with distinction and honor as we proudly name Warrant Officer Class One Wilfredo I. Majano a member of the NCO Leadership Centre of Excellence Hall of Fame.”

The International Student Hall of Fame in Fort Bliss, Texas was established back in June 2009 to recognise those international students who graduated the Sergeants Major Course and have gone on to become senior enlisted advisors to their respective armies.
