De-stressing at the end of the day is crucial for good mental health
Lovell says that it is important for everyone to take time at the end of each day to de-stress and to reevaluate their mental health.

“People get overwhelmed because when it’s too for long periods of time and then it overtakes you. You could end up in the hospital with more than acute stress at this point. It becomes definitely something way bigger. You have to be doing things to ensure that at the end of the day you take time to get your body back. And I don’t think that as a country we look at that. We cannot constantly be under that level of stress on a daily basis.”
