U.S. to Donate Pfizer Vaccine to Belize
The U.S. Government today donated one hundred thousand dollars worth of medical supplies, including P.P.E.s, to the Corozal Community Hospital. But as we found out today, Belize has also been tapped to receive a donation of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines courtesy of the U.S. Government.
Andie De Arment, Acting Deputy Chief of Mission, U.S. Embassy
“Keep your ears and eyes open. We don’t know have the exact delivery date, but we do know a substantial donation of Pfizer vaccines is on its way to Belize from the United States, medical equipment as well. And even today, on top of the surgeries that were done, we were able to donate a hundred thousand dollars worth of medical supplies to the local community hospital for future use.”
