Matura on the Other Side of the Argument
But there are some who feel they have a legitimate argument to challenge the Government in a court of law over the measure. Matura says their argument might not be that strong in her opinion.
Audrey Matura, Attorney-at-law
“The argument I would make for a client is the options you gave me, are they reasonable? It’s not that you can’t give me the options. Is it reasonable to ask me to be vaccinated? When you look at the statistics and the data you can say yes. Is it reasonable to ask me to get a PCR test? You might say yes or no. I think that is the weakest point. That is where is I as the attorney representing the against argument I would say it is not fully reasonable in the sense that what it would cost these people to get the test is too much.”
