Health Minister Has Not Been Served!

While we were with the Minister of Health and Wellness, we asked about the constitutional claim that has reportedly been filed by nine individuals in relation to statutory instrument seventy-four against Minister Michel Chebat, Commissioner of Police Chester Williams and Attorney General Magali Marin-Young. Here’s how Chebat responded.

“I have not been personally served. I understand that the Minister of Health is a respondent in the claim. I have not seen the claim so it is difficult for me to say. I wanna say this though that the science proves that the vaccines work. Don’t take my word for it; listen to the science and I think that would be your answer.”

According to attorney Arthur Saldivar, the claimants are frontline workers and private sector employees, including three police officers, who are seeking for the court to declare that S.I. Seventy-Four is contrary to their rights to life, liberty, security of the person and protection of the law.
