Prognosis is Good for Doctor Cuellar
Medical professionals from different health facilities have come to Doctor Cuellar’s aid and he is already doing better. His medical treatment will continue through to Friday when it is expected that he will be discharged from the hospital. Seeking medical assistance early is among the reasons Doctor Cuellar says he is able to speak at this time.

“Indeed I have a tremendous cadre of physicians, Doctors Musa, Hidalgo and Arriaga that came to my immediate assistance and we did my CAT scan which did showed that I have bilateral pneumonia from the COVID-19. Thankfully with the medication, and categorically, I am pretty much sure that with being fully vaccinated, it has helped tremendously for me not to get worse and within twenty-four hours now I can talk to you like this, hold a conversation and doing much better. I have diabetes that I control with diet and exercise, but when things like this happen, it unbalance it some more so it has to be watched and managed careful.”

“So in terms of prognosis, any timeline as to when you will be released from the hospital? You stay in there for another couple of days? What happens?”
On the Phone: Dr. Fernando Cuellar
“Yes, yes. We are planning to be released on Friday. I have to complete the five-day course of medication and I am looking forward to being discharged on Friday.”
