Dr. Cuellar on Use of Herbal Medicine in COVID treatment

Cuellar says that herbal medicine does have a role to play in the fight against COVID-19, but its importance is in the recovery stage.

“The herbs, they do have their role but people must understand it’s not one or the other, noh? It’s not exclusively if I take herbs then I shouldn’t follow the recommendation of conventional medicine. They both play a role and I would dare say that the herbs play more of a role in the healing part as opposed to the medication that plays a role in the inflammation part. So in a nutshell, in summary, both have a role to play. I am one of them; I’m still taking my shark oil and my vervain and that kind of thing. And I think I’ll be doing that for maybe another month or two.”
