Dr. Cuellar Says Ministry of Health Needs Restructuring

“We have gone through exercises. We’ve spent millions of dollars talking about health reform and how this thing fi work but there’s been no political will to install it. We only have four hundred thousand people, Marleni, and it doesn’t need Fernando Cuellar to come out and say we need a Cat Scan (machine) for example – ONE Cat Scan in the public system. Why would we need Fernando Cuellar to be harking on that?”
