“It is significant for me because I am from Belize. It is going to be my pleasure to welcome heads, colleagues from the secretariat, and delegations from all member states, to Belize. The meeting is going to take place in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, which is an offshore island. And, for us in Belize it is going to be a pleasure to welcome the dignitaries in the Caribbean. For me it will be double the pleasure because it is kind of poignant, it is kind of very special to do that.”
