Mentally Ill Patient Made Call of Bomb Threat

But who could have made such a threat on the poor man’s hospital that provides tertiary care medical treatment to the entire country? Doctor Andre Sosa, the Chair of the Board of Governors at the K.H.M.H., says that the suspect, an individual who has a mental health condition, was discharged from the institution just minutes before the call was made.

“We’ve been told that the call has been linked to a particular person who might have psychiatric condition. I am going out on a limb by mentioning that. And certainly we can’t say that this is a hoax up to this point. Hopefully, it will turn out to be that. I can’t say for sure that it has been identified, however, that is the initial information given to us by the police and they themselves are conducting their investigations and trying to locate this person.”
