Medical Associates expands into hospital
In other medical news, Belize Medical Associates announces that it is expanding its Thomas Street facility. They will be turning the clinic into a small hospital with room for eighteen beds, two operating theaters, fourteen consulting rooms for doctors and on-site x-ray and ultrasound diagnostic testing and an expanded lab. Current medical services will continue without interruption during the renovation and expansion work.
